1. Acceptance of Terms
By provisioning an account, accessing the eullect platform, utilizing our JSON-AST form builder, or deploying credential synthesis jobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an institution, ministry, or legal entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority.
2. Sovereign Tenant Data Ownership
All form definitions, question schemas, response submissions, option catalogs, media assets, and vector PDF credentials remain the exclusive, sovereign property of the subscribing organization. eullect exercises zero proprietary claim over tenant datasets.
3. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Tokenized Auto-Renewals
eullect provisions both Unified Master Tiers and Modular Service Packs (Forms Packs and audocx Packs). By subscribing:
- Bifurcated Quotas: Subscription quotas operate strictly across non-rolling Day, Month, and Year intervals. Unused monthly allocations expire at the billing cycle boundary.
- Tokenized Card-on-File Billing: When you provide payment card details during checkout, your card details are tokenized securely via our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway (Paystack) [1, 2]. You authorize eullect to charge this saved card token automatically upon your annual or monthly renewal date to prevent service disruption [1, 2].
- Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your Workspace Governance console. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your prepaid term.
4. Delinquency, Grace Periods & Account Status
If an automated recurring payment fails:
- Days 1 – 3 (Grace Period): Full access is maintained while automated retry alerts are dispatched.
- Days 4 – 7 (Soft Lock): Public respondents may continue submitting forms, but administrative consoles enter read-only mode (no schema modifications or CSV exports).
- Day 8+ (Hard Lock): Ingestion and document issuance endpoints are paused (HTTP 402). Tenant assets are preserved safely for 60 days prior to archival purge.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Tenants may not use eullect to conduct phishing attacks, harvest credentials maliciously, upload executable malware, or violate applicable national data privacy regulations. Uploaded files undergo automated magic-byte inspection; spoofed payloads are rejected immediately.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Availability
eullect targets a 99.95% availability uptime for its Cloud Run serverless engine. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
